Return & Refund Policy

At Beaute’ J’adore, every product is thoughtfully designed and created with careful attention to quality, craftsmanship, and detail. We want you to feel confident in every purchase, so we encourage you to review our return policy before placing your order.

Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all digital sewing patterns, downloadable files, and digital products are considered final sale.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available for digital purchases unless there is a verified issue with the file itself.

If you experience a problem such as a corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible file, please contact us and we will gladly assist in resolving the issue or providing a replacement file when appropriate.

Please carefully review the product description, sizing information, and file format before completing your purchase, as purchasing the incorrect pattern, size, or format does not qualify for a refund.

Physical Products

All physical Beaute’ J’adore and Aviano Bags products are final sale.

Because our pieces are produced with an emphasis on intentional design and small-batch craftsmanship, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit preference, or buyer’s remorse.

If your order arrives damaged or with a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

When contacting us regarding a defective item, please include your order number, a brief description of the concern, and clear photographs showing the issue.

Once reviewed, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

Normal wear, improper care, alterations, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery are not considered product defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the order and work with you to correct the issue.

Final Sale

Unless a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or affected by an issue with a digital file, all Beaute’ J’adore purchases are final sale.
