When I look at an item of clothing It's very rare that I am instantly in love. I need to visualize it's potential which is probably why I began making some of my own items. When I picked up this Ralph Lauren dress and tried it on, I thought ok it's cute but very non de script. One thing that kept me looking at it was the fabric felt really good on my skin (I know kinda strange) but it truly didn't speak to me so I did what I often do which is put the dress on backward and at that point I fell in love.
