I'm famous for chopping a piece of clothing to shreds and that's exactly what I did with this bright yellow Carolina Herrera wrap dress. I generally do this when I've worn a piece to death and just simply tired of wearing it but not this time. I made an attempt to wear this amazingly beautiful dress and the top was so tight I could barely lift my arms, lets just go ahead and say the dress shrunk :). After chopping off, I still couldn't bring myself to toss the top so my brain is working overtime to determine how I can salvage. Stay tuned!

ReplyDeleteWow! You so creative. I'm anxious to see what you've done with the top. You are the one who has inspired me to get a sewing machine and try some diy's. (Bought one at an estate sale for $12.00 'cause I can't sew a lick!) Perhaps one day I'll be able to whip up some fab stuff too.
