Leather hole punch pliers found here
| Step 1. Cut the peplum using the instructions from the pattern using 1/2 the length of the pattern. |
| Step 2. Sew pieces 6 to both pieces of 5 fold the end of piece 5 over 1 1/2" to make a beveled edge. Sew this piece flat. |
| Step 3. Cut a piece of leather 10x3" and sew close on the underside. |
| Step 4. Using the hole punch pliers, make a hole for the buckle. |
| Step 5. Insert the buckle and sew closed near the upper part of the buckle. |
| 6. Using the second part of the flap, sew this portion onto the right side of the belt. Using a scrap of leather, sew a loop for the belt catch. |
| 7. Cut a piece of leather 12.5 x3 inches and sew on the under side to close. Attach this piece to the left side of the belt. |
| 8. Using the hole punch pliers, make the belt holes roughly 1/2" apart |
